Morris County informed of 12 positive case of COVID-19

Morris County Judge Doug Reeder announced this afternoon of a twelfth positive case of COVID-19 in the county. Including the new case, there are eight active cases with four recovered.

Judge Reeder also gave more specific breakdown of information on each of the cases. Below is his statement on the new case.

"We were just informed of one additional confirmed case of COVID-19 in Morris County. The individual is a 20-year old male. He has been isolating at home since Saturday. This brings the cumulative total of confirmed cases to 12. Counting the 4 recovered individuals we are currently at 8 confirmed active cases."

The following is a summary of the cumulative cases in Morris County:

1st case – 42 year old female confirmed March 22nd RECOVERED

2nd case – 64 year old female confirmed April 9th

3rd case – 70 year old male confirmed April 10th RECOVERED

4th case – 28 year old male confirmed April 16th RECOVERED

5th case – 29 year old female confirmed April 19th RECOVERED

6th case – 63 year old female confirmed May 1st

7th case – 62 year old female confirmed May 1st

8th case – 31 year old female confirmed May 1st

9th case – 45 year old female confirmed May 2nd

10th case – 58 year old male confirmed May 13th

11th case – 21 year old female confirmed May 15th

12th case - 20 year old male confirmed May 18th
