During the 2021 legislative year, the Texas legislature passed two constitutional amendments which must be voted upon by the people before they can become law.
As we go through our lives, there is absolutely zero doubt that somewhere along the path we walk there will come times when we stand still in the need of forgiveness. However, some returns have errors or need more review and may take longer to process. The IRS works hard to get refunds to taxpayers quickly, but taxpayers shouldn’t rely on getting a refund by a certain date.
