CHILDRESS

Services for Junior Moore Childress, 94 of Daingerfield, were held March 8 at Reeder-Davis Chapel. Burial followed at Woodlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs.

Junior Moore Childress was born July 27, 1925 and passed away March 4. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Ann Childress; parents, Corrie and Pearl Childress; sister, Shirley Welch.

He is survived by four sons, Corrie Childress and wife, Dawn of Jenkins, James Childress and wife, Amanda of Jenkins, Mark Childress of Round Rock, Barry Childress and wife, Eliza of Cedar Park; two daughters, Barbara Holland of Daingerfield, Tracey Doss of Hughes Springs; nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
