Funeral services for Ms. Norma McKinney Clark Cates, age 85, of Avinger, will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at Hughes Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Hughes Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. She was born January 17, 1939 and passed away January 21, 1924.
