GOODSON

DAINGERFIELD -- Services for Ruby I. Goodson, 91 of Lone Star were held July 15 at The Next Level Pentecostal Church with Bro. Tim Williams officiating.

Burial followed in the Clark Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.

Ruby was born on Feb. 12, 1927 in San Diego, Ca. to Luther and Nora Boles Potts. She died July 12.

She was a member of The Next Level Pentecostal Church for 45 years.

Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, husband Quincy Goodson, son Robert Goodson, grandson Robby Goodson, 9 sisters and 4 brothers.

Survived by her daughters Lorene Sampson of Lone Star, Darlene Goodson of Hobbs, NM.; son Jimmy Goodson of Casper, WY., grandchildren Beverly, Alicia, Pam, Jamie, Mary, Kyle, David, Tiffany, Stacey, Elizabeth and Tanya; 27 great grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other family.
