The need for garden soil testing has often been discussed, but there are several reasons for continuing to discuss it. As a result, the other needed soil nutrients are being used without replacement.
The pineapple tomato (Solanum lycopersicum ‘Pineapple’) is a bi-colored, tasty tomato that slightly resembles a little pumpkin with a 360° ribbed appearance. With variations, picture a light orange color melting over the sides into a deep red bottom. They get their name “pineapple” because their ribbed cover and interior resemblance a slice of the spiny tropical pineapple.
