Correction

In last week’s issue of the Bee, there was incorrect information in an article on the front page. In the “Daingerfield FFA Wins Sweepstakes at Sulphur Cypress SWCD Contest” article, the cutlines listed Trey Watson as the Sulphur Cypress SWCD Field Representative, when in reality, Matthew Terrell is the Sulphur Cypress SWCD Field Representative. We apologize for any confusion of inconvenience.

On March 30, nine members of the Daingerfield FFA traveled to Queen City to compete in the Sulphur Cypress Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) District Career Development Event (CDE) Contest which was held at Piney Point Park on Wright Patman Lake. Career Development Events (CDEs) build on what is learned in agricultural classes and encourage members to put their knowledge into practice.
