Saturday saw a gathering of patriots at Luigi’s Restaurant in Mount Pleasant. Their goal is to grow a grassroots army of Constitutionally-minded individuals who support Article V of the Constitution.
Two juveniles were apprehended recently, after a late-night joy ride turned into a police chase. The two suspects were apprehended after leading officers on a chase from Hughes Springs to Lone Star.
The Daingerfield City Council met in regular session Aug. 12 at the Daingerfield Fire Station. On the agenda for the council to discuss included American Rescue Plan funding and trash service pickup.
