Daingerfield law firm reaches $35+ million settlement

Daingerfield law firm, Roach Langston Bruno has reached proposed agreements totaling in excess of $35 million dollars with two chicken processing companies in an antitrust case pending in a federal court in Tulsa, Okla. The chicken producers accused the company of suppressing compensation paid to them as part of a conspiracy with other processors. Plaintiffs in the case asked a federal judge to approve the settlement and certify the class to be compensated.
