CASA of Titus, Camp, and Morris Counties is pleased to welcome Sharon Jones and Jenni Harwood. Sharon and Jenni took an oath before the Honorable Judge Rolston in Titus County on Sept. 1. Sharon and Jenni completed 30 hours of training and courtroom observation. Jenni is the newest Coach Advisor, while Sharon is the newest CASA Volunteer who has accepted her first case and is advocating for children that are in the foster care system. CASA volunteers work for the best interest of the child/children making sure they have a safe, permanent home as quickly as possible. CASA volunteers are citizens in our community, just like you, that want to make a difference in a child/children’s life while they are removed from their families and placed in foster care. If you want to make a difference in a child’s life contact Krystal Hosmer at 903-717-8940 or visit becomeacasa.org or www.casatcm.org.
