Often in life there are things and events that come up that make you want to veer away from your beliefs and faith and do things that are counterproductive. There are myriad reasons that these things come along, but the most likely would be that our faith and convictions are being tested.
Over the last few months, I have discovered that I have done a pretty poor job at something. And believe me, that is not an easy thing for me to say. But I have learned that I have done a poor job at taking care of myself. Now, before anyone starts busting my chops, I am not meaning in a health kind of way. So let me explain.
