For all 2025 graduates of Daingerfield High School, there is an exciting new offer from the Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC). The college is launching their Daingerfield Community Scholarship, which would guarantee two years of funding.
On Monday, April 14, the Daingerfield city council and Mayor Wade Kerley voted to award a bid for the Texas Water Development (TWD) board’s project for the water rehabilitation system and for professional services for the TWD board’s rural water assistance fund for specific upgrades of work in April 2025.
If you’re already registered to vote in the City of Daingerfield, you can head to the polls on Saturday, May 3.
The Daingerfield Tiger 400-meter relay team of Ja’Kyrin Craver, Kenny Mosely, Isaiah Wilbarger and Ashton Williams will be headed to the UIL State Track & Field Meet in Austin on May 1-3 after the sprint relay squad won the event at the Class 3A, Region 2 Championships in Whitehouse this past week with a time of 41.99. The same tandem also won the area meet in Atlanta with a time of 42.44.
