On Friday, September 6th, The Daingerfield Police Department welcomed a new officer. David Ajiboye had his swear-in ceremony and was welcomed by the department. He is a graduate of the Longview Police Department’s Police Academy.
On Saturday, August 31, Daingerfield FFA member and chapter president, DHS senior Jordan Tigert, exhibited two breeding beef heifers at the Pewitt Invitational Livestock Show.

The Continuing Education and Corporate Training department at Northeast Texas Community College recently offered a lively and engaging Country Western Dance class. Held on Monday nights at NTCC’s Hanson-Sewell Center in Pittsburg, TX, the course drew a diverse group of participants eager to learn the basics of popular country western dance styles.
