Daingerfield ISD welcomed the 2024 - 2025 school year with their annual back to school breakfast. In a Facebook post, they said, “Thank you Texas Heritage for sponsoring our back to school breakfast for 30+ years! Mr. Patrick Johnson gave words of encouragement for the new year and East Texas Professional Credit Union provided lunch! Greatness all around! We are ready!”

Pewitt High School is underway with the new school year and the sports teams are tackling a new season. The football team, volleyball, cross country, and cheer welcomed the new sports season with ‘Meet the Brahmas’ and media day to take pictures.
