NTCC Summer programs kicked off this week
Northeast Texas Community College has been a busy place this week as the summer session officially kicked off on Monday, June 3rd. In addition to regular classes, there are several special programs taking place that are bringing even more students to campus than usual! The following programs are currently active – with many of these students living on campus:
Weekly Roadwork Report – June 9-15
• I-30 – From FM 989 to Arkansas state line, widening highway. Eastbound Exit 223/ State Line Ave closed with eastbound frontage road lane closures
TRMC gives $1,500 for soccer field improvements
Northeast Texas Community College Athletics recently received a gift of $1,500 from Titus Regional Medical Center (TRMC). The donation will be used to make much-needed enhancements to NTCC’s soccer facilities. Pictured at the check presentation (from left) is: Dr. Jon McCullough, NTCC Executive Vice President of Advancement, Cullen Grubbs, TRMC Sports Performance Manager, and Jon Evan, NTCC Head Soccer Coach. NTCC is appreciative of this gift to support its athletics programs! NTCC is home to NJCAA men’s and women’s soccer, women’s softball, men’s baseball, and NIRA men’s and women’s rodeo.
