Funeral services for W.A. “Dan” Freeman, 80, of Lone Star will be held at 3 PM, Tuesday, October 3, 2023 in the Chapel of Horn-Nail-Haggard Funeral Home with Bro. Joey Williams of Oak Grove Baptist Church and Bro. Chad Slagle officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 2 PM prior to the service. Burial will follow in Clark Cemetery. Mr. Freeman was born on June 4, 1943 to William Alonzo, Sr., and Opal Marie Easley Freeman. He passed away early Sunday morning, October 1, 2023 in a Longview hospital. Services have been entrusted to the Horn Family at Horn-Nail-Haggard Funeral Home in Daingerfield.
