Though their seasons may not have ended as they had hoped, the Daingerfield Lady Tigers and the Hughes Springs Lady Mustangs recently nabbed several spots on the District 15-3A All-District selections.
The Lady Tigers were defeated by Winnsboro, 66-35, in the Regional Quarterfinal round of the UIL State Basketball Playoffs.

The Paul Pewitt Brahmas baseball started their season with four games in the Harmony tournament Feb. 27-29. The Brahmas finished the tournament with a 3-1 record to take third place.
