Principal’s Corner

Principal’s Corner

My prayer is that everyone had a very merry Christmas this past weekend. Before our students got out for break we were blessed with the opportunity to take a large majority of our high school students to six flags to enjoy the park under their Christmas lights. These students earned the right to go in this trip because of their behavior and attendance during our fall semester. Our plan is to have a similar trip planned for the end of our Spring semester. As we look forward to a happy New Year I would ask that you keep all of our students, faculty and staff in your prayers. Spring is always a busy time for high school students, coaches, and teachers. We are all going to blink and our seniors will be waking across the stage accepting their diplomas. Our goal at Daingerfield high school is the education of our students, but another important part in this process is the time that they have at our high school. At Daingerfield High School we want our students to look back on their time spent here and have some awesome memories. Happy New Year to everyone reading, and I look forward to what our Spring semester. As always, stay safe and next week we will be back with some more loving, positive, and uplifting information about our school, students, and community. God bless and go Tigers!
