The IRS mobile app – IRS2Go – provides taxpayers with quick access to helpful IRS tools on their mobile devices. The app is free to download on any iOS or Android device, and it’s available in English and Spanish.
AUSTIN – Even with less traffic during the pandemic, Texas work zone fatalities increased 9% in 2020 compared to 2019. That’s why TxDOT is calling on drivers to make safety their number one priority at all times and especially when passing through active construction and maintenance work zones on the roadway.
Daingerfield has a new city manager who is looking to towards the future after just a month on the job. Keith Whitfield took over the position April 1, and has already begun to see areas where Daingerfield can prosper.
The Lone Star City Council was one of the few municipality elections to be held May 1. Mayor Randy Hodges won re-election, and the two alderman positions were decided by six votes.
Though rain threatened and eventually cut the day short by about an hour, Daingerfield’s second Spring Fling could still be considered a success. The event, held May 1 in downtown Daingerfield, was a mix of activities held over from the first event held in 2019 and new activities and competitions.
