The City of Daingerfield is proud to announce that the current City Manager, Michelle Jones, is the first person in the city’s history to earn the Certified Public Manager (CPM) designation. This is a nationally recognized credential for excellence in the public sector of leadership.

Northeast Texas Community College kicked off Independence Day a little early with a fun and festive picnic on Thursday, July 3rd at the Eagle’s Nest outside the Student Union Building. The event drew a great crowd of students, faculty, staff, and guests from the Ignite Youth Club in Mount Pleasant, all ready to celebrate in their patriotic gear.
