Jessica Chapman of Hughes Springs was named to the Stephen F. Austin State University President’s List for the Fall 2020 semester. Chapman is majoring in General Business and just completed her sophomore year. Jessica is a 2020 graduate of Hughes Springs High School. The Northeast Texas Community College Foundation recently received a check for $30,000 from Barry Smith of Pennsylvania. The funds benefit NTCC’s Carroll Shelby Automotive Progam and will go toward an upcoming Shelby restoration project.
