On Tuesday, March 4, multiple fire departments in Morris County responded to a grass fire on Texas Highway 49 near Daingerfield.
In February, four members of the Daingerfield FFA traveled to San Antonio to participate in the agricultural mechanics competition sponsored by the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo.
On Wednesday, March 5, Daingerfield ISD invited senior citizens of the community to hold their special Silver Tigers Luncheon.
The Northeast Texas Community College Board of Trustees met for its regular February meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 25th. Vice Chairman Russell East led the meeting in the absence of Chairman Robin Sharp. All other members were present.
