The Morris County Commissioners met in their monthly meeting Feb. 8. It was the first regular meeting for new Precinct 1 Commissioner Gregg Frazier, who was attending training during the January meeting.
At the last meeting of the Titus County Commissioners Court, the court voted in favor of donating a 2008 Crown Victoria to Morris County.
Texas Woman’s University has released its deans’ and chancellor’s lists for the fall 2020 semester. Jamie Nix, a graduate of Daingerfield High School, was named to the dean’s list.

For more than 20 years Bowie-Cass has been using unclaimed Capital Credits to help students with their education expenses. This year, $8,000.00 will be awarded.
