Classes at Pewitt CISD were dismissed early Jan. 13 after a bomb threat was called in to Paul H. Pewitt High School.
The Texas Legislature has required the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to conduct a plan to transition all State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) to online by the 2022-2023 school year.
