With COVID-19 wreaking havoc and postponing all May local elections, it will prove to be a busy election season in the coming months. As such, the Texas Secretary of State’s office has issued guidance for both voters and polling places for the November 3 election.

As evidence mounts that the COVID-19 pandemic is taking an emotional toll on Texans, help is on the way for the 12 county area within East Texas in the form of a grant awarded to Lakes Regional Community Center by the Health and Human Services Commission Disaster Behavioral Health Services.
