The Daingerfield Junior High Lady Tigers welcomed the Lady Rebels from Ore City Junior High to Jesse Hanson Gymnasium Sept. 13. Daingerfield won three of the four matches.
The Lady Tigers looked to rebound from their district-opening loss to White Oak when they welcomed the Lady Rebels from Ore City on Sept. 14. Both Daingerfield teams defeated the visiting Lady Rebels with the JV Blue team starting off the night with a 25-15; 25-17 win.
The Daingerfield Tigers went into Elysian Fields looking to end their non-district schedule with a win. Despite racking up over 300 yards of offense, the Tigers fell to the Yellowjackets, 44-28, to fall to 2-2 on the season.
The Paul Pewitt Junior High football teams opened their home schedule Thursday evening by taking on the Commerce Tigers.
